NAME Day is coming again in 2025!

(Registration begins June7th)
QC Events for our Name Day weekend include:
a Name Day Project Q&A Zoom,
Social Zooms with Games and Prizes,
a Special Swap,
Roundtable & Mega Roundtable Sales,
and an Auction to benefit NAME.
Social ZOOMs, roundtable sales, and the auction are open to all QCers….not just those who sign up for the NAME Day event.

The purpose of NAME Day is to unite and involve all NAME members by doing the same project, on the day at different locations throughout the US and internationally. Participation in an event may occur locally, statewide, regionally, or on-line. Information will be in the NAME Miniature Gazette to encourage all NAME members participation.
Dates: As a way to kick off International Dollhouse and Miniatures Month, NAME Day will always be on the first Saturday of October. This year it will be on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
Project: Projects are meant to be offered only one time. The 2025 project is called: The Courtyard.
This event is for NAME members and NAME Clubs only. Non-NAME members are encouraged and invited to join NAME so that they can participate in this event. Whatever the size of the event, the goal is to welcome and invite all members.
This year’s project is “The Courtyard” and is pictured below in 1:12 SCALE, without any finishing.
Our own Liz West (Taffy & Me Creations) will be cutting our kits in 1:48 scale. As soon as we have a 1:48 scale sample completed, we’ll post a photo of it here. Liz is also planning on adding her own special touches and offering “QC additions” to the basic kit for our members.
While you DO need to be a member of NAME AND a member of QC in order to get the Courtyard Kit itself, the rest of the weekend activities will be open to all QC-ers, including our auction (that benefits NAME), the swap, roundtable sales, and our zoom sessions with games and prizes!
